WebP to PDF converter

Convert WebP to PDF in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.

About this tool

When the image you have is a WebP and the form wants a PDF, convert it here, in your browser, in one step.

WebP and PDF

  • WebP: smaller than JPG at similar quality, supports transparency, not accepted by every upload form.
  • PDF: a document format, often the only one official and academic forms accept.

What changes when you convert

  • One page per image, with the image's own proportions and no margins.
  • Transparency is kept when the image has it (stored as PNG inside the PDF); otherwise the image is stored as JPG, which is smaller.

When to convert WebP to PDF

  • A form only accepts PDF, and the image you saved is WebP.

Private by design

Converter websites upload your file to their servers to do this. With this tool the conversion happens in your browser: the file is never uploaded, to us or anyone else, and location data (EXIF) is removed from photos along the way.

Converting because a website only accepts PDF? Krisox Extension Pro does it for you in the upload form itself, as you upload.

Without this tool

  • Chrome: drag the WebP into a tab, press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P) and choose "Save as PDF".
  • Mac: open it in Preview and choose File → Export as PDF.

Questions

Can I convert the PDF back to an image?

Not with Krisox: PDFs keep their format.

Several images into one PDF?

This tool makes one PDF per image. Combine them afterwards in Preview (Mac) or by printing them together to PDF.
