Krisox

Terms of service

Effective 7 October 2026

The short version

Who we are

These terms are between you and Krisox ("we", "us"), the company that makes and sells Krisox. They apply to the Krisox browser extension and to this website. You can reach us at [email protected].

Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle charges your payment method and handles sales tax.

What you get

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

License keys

After payment you receive a license key by email. A Pro key is for your own use, on any of your browsers. An Enterprise key is for your organization, up to the number of seats you paid for. Please don't share, publish or resell keys.

Subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Each renewal comes with a new license key.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Using Krisox

Krisox works on files inside your browser; we never receive them (see our privacy policy). You are responsible for the files you upload and for following the rules of the websites you upload to. Compression reduces quality, especially at the Extreme level, so keep your originals: Krisox never changes the file on your device, only the copy that is uploaded or downloaded.

Don't use Krisox to break the law, or try to get around its licensing.

Warranty and liability

Krisox is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will work with every website or file, or without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
