Krisox

Fit your resume under Workday's upload size limit

Employers set their own attachment size limits on Workday career sites. When a scanned or image-heavy resume is too large, Krisox compresses it inside the upload form, so you don't need a separate compressor or a second upload.

How to do it

  1. Install Krisox and open the job application.
  2. Click the resume upload button and choose your file as usual.
  3. Krisox shows the size at Extreme, Recommended and Light. Pick the smallest one that still looks right.
  4. Click "Upload compressed". Workday receives the smaller file.

Good to know

Scanned resumes and resumes with photos shrink the most. Text-only PDFs exported from Word or Google Docs are often already small; Krisox tells you when there is nothing to gain.

Digitally signed PDFs are never changed.

Krisox is a browser extension for Chrome. Compressing one file at a time is free; converting formats and compressing several files at once are part of Krisox Pro.
