Deploy Krisox to your team
Your Enterprise purchase includes one company license key. Push it to every browser through Chrome policy and everyone gets Krisox Pro automatically, with nothing to paste. Their settings page shows "Managed by your organization".
What you need
- Your company license key, from the email sent after purchase (it starts with
KRISOX-). - Krisox's extension ID, the 32-letter ID at the end of its Chrome Web Store page address.
Google Admin console
- Go to Devices → Chrome → Apps & extensions → Users & browsers and select the organizational unit.
- Add Krisox by its extension ID, and set it to Force install (or Allow install).
- In Policy for extensions, paste:
{ "licenseKey": { "Value": "KRISOX-…your key…" } }
Windows (Group Policy or registry)
Set this string value, replacing <extension-id> with Krisox's ID:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome\3rdparty\extensions\<extension-id>\policy
licenseKey (REG_SZ) = KRISOX-…your key…
macOS (configuration profile)
Deploy a profile for the preference domain com.google.Chrome.extensions.<extension-id> with a
string key licenseKey set to your key, using your device management tool (for example Jamf or
Kandji).
Without device management
Share the key with your team. Each person opens the Krisox popup → All settings → Krisox Pro, pastes it and clicks Activate.
Renewals and seat changes
Each renewal, and any change to your number of seats, emails a new company key to the purchaser. Update the policy value (or share the new key) the same way. Keys stay valid for 7 days after each billing period ends, so there's time to roll out the new one.
Privacy
Krisox compresses files inside each employee's browser. Files never reach Krisox, and the license key is checked on the device. See the privacy policy.
